About Felicia Lewis

Chief of Staff

Felicia Lewis serves as the Chief of Staff for KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools. Since joining the KIPP team in 2020, Felicia has served as an invaluable member of the KIPP Forward team in the roles of Junior and Senior Seminar Post-Secondary Counselor and Director of Post-Secondary Counseling. Lewis was one of the KIPP Network Roll-out Directors on the CKCS (College Knowledge and Career Success) curriculum implemented in KIPP High School Match Seminar courses nationwide. Additionally, Felicia served with Fulton County Schools at North Springs Charter High School for six years in the Counseling Department as the Magnet Program Chair, Post-Secondary Counselor, and Graduation Coach.

Additionally, Felicia brings twenty years of experience in the corporate sector. She has worked with Marriott and Hilton Corporations in Event Management.

As a lifelong learner, Felicia is pursuing a Doctorate of Education with a concentration in Higher Education Leadership from Liberty University. She earned a Master’s in Education with concentrations in Counseling & Students Services from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and African American Studies from Rutgers University.
